I have to agree with you; size has always been a concern, and the room for overrun simply isn't there; the project isn't big enough for that.
Whenever a DFS is delayed, there's often something afoot, so you may be right in your concerns.
All is not lost, however, as we may well run into a mining bull run, and a rising tide lifts all boats. Plus it is important not to blow things out of proportion, and the Anglo interest is nothing to be sniffed at.
