Capital raise will happen. I don't trust Wayne. He's not a businessman. The company is going at a snail's speed. Second pilot spin is expected in February. Sure, when was the first pilot spin expected and when did it happen? I say, no second pilot spin until at least April-May. This stock is doomed. No volume, no interest.
