The wording describing Eugene future involvement in VR8 is a little more definite in this ann (compared to their last) saying he "will apply for a position...". I'm very pleased to see that mentioned. I think Eugene did a fantastic job with both the PFS and DFS, and clearly had a deep knowledge of the technical aspects of the project when interviewed. Its good to see his skills retained.

Agree, as the company moving closer to the construction for the production, the introduction of new expertise whilst keep the existing one at the same time is definitely plus for the company.
