It may indeed be a slow grind or it may play out differently once we're a going concern.
Either way you have to be prepared to sit on your hands for some time to max the upside here.

On a tangent, the increased Thai direct shareholders into KCN and possible IPO (if it does happen) is/will add an interesting aspect to the register. The Thai SET has daily price limits which is to thwart systemic inside trading. Nevertheless hitting daily limits may become a good price indicator for ASX:KCN
