As posted above under item 8, the estimated quarters of funding available is 3.1...so was the Mercer facility accessed or not?
They surely would have known whether they would be receiving the funding from Mercer when this document was drafted, especially since it is referred to in the past tense as "expired", so it seems kind of disingenuous, although technically correct, to not note the change in estimated funding if funds were not drawn from the Mercer facility.
