I think those plans have changed in the short to medium term given Peter Bradford’s recent passing. I would assume the acting CEO of IGO may be a little directionless right now and any potential PAN takeover is parked at the moment.

Outside of Victor receiving the bulk of his shares through performance rights or part of his broader remuneration package. The other board members/ senior managers own very little shares in PAN? Another question… Why have they not been buying on market as a show of confidence?

Just questioning everything now.
