    "A conspiracy theorist is a mentally ill person"

    Then why do we have conspiracy laws? Does that mean that all the politicians, police,judges and juries are mentally ill when (a) the law is passed and (b) charges under the law are brought and (c) the accused is convicted?

    If there is evidence, how is this a conspiracy "theory"?
