I'm agreeing with Jack here, while the legal proceedings seem somewhat daunting the ann. gives me a great deal of confidence in the management. Just think how we would be feeling if the end of the week came around without any ann. I think it would be fair to say many would be jumping up and down complaining of another deadline about to slip past.
I'm just happy that they are acting on the issues with Berlin Pharma and keeping us informed.
