Im not pleased with the slowness of change, l put it down to Gu not moving on soon enough.
All in all though, I was expecting much worse situation, it really depends now on funds and formal approvals, market uptake etc.
Not quite dead yet. Surprisingly. outgoings hurting, and unabated.
