It's going to be interesting last quarter.
Sales are soaring to over $3b, hopefully EBITDA % bounces back, more synergies etc.
DDR have for so long been so consistent with earnings and div increases, this year may be a challenge.
I do expect a strong last quarter but there is a huge gap to make up to ensure the final div can be anywhere near 13c.
In DDR's defence, they would generally inform the market if they thought they were going to miss.
