Dourado Resources is ripping value off it,s shareholders as we speak. DUO or Dourado gold has just passed a motion to buy the assets of northern minerals ,assets purchased for a few thousand dollars by way of nine applications for exploration leasesof .
They are selling these leases for 25 million shares and 25 million options . [
Talk about share dilution there are only 22 million now so these directors are diluting there companies shares by 1/3 to buy leases.
the directers insist they have done there due diligence on the purchases but it appears dodgy to me
