She has been an employee for a very long time . I think she probably already had the rights as a Key Management Employee . They are unvested at this stage . I wonder how high the hurdles are ? Still a very nice bonus if they come in . I doubt it would be coffee if they vest . At least fine French champagne as it would be a party as other KME's would be celebrating with her too .
