    I would say he is working his way through permitting and finding more Li on 11,000 acres not counting Big Smokey mountain.
    He could have gone down the clay route but by getting Recion involved be looks like he has sided with DLE.
    A more environmentally friendly method.
    I do know he won't be happy until 1MC reaches 10 cents.
