I guess my point was how many people when quitting a job give the real reason they quit?
Of course there may be nothing to it - there may also be.
They are not going to come out and say 'Said board member has left as they thought the company was a POS and is going nowhere'.
Sometimes you have to read between the lines.
More than likely nothing but a bit of scepticism doesn't go astray.
