AUST Business tomorrow:
’Weebit Nano is set to front the NSW Supreme Court on Thursday in a bid to stop an ASX investigation into the tech group’s failure to disclose a share sale by one of its executive directors.
The ASX-listed Israeli tech play has made an urgent application to the NSW Supreme Court after it was suspended from trade last week and hit with notices by the Australian Securities Exchange.
