Sorry @Hovea but i do not agree that compensation for Nkata Hill is a possibility ar best. Nkata Hill is a significant asset that was stolen from IDA by the Tanzania government. IDA management have done a great job seeking compensation for the theft and international law is on our side. This is not an ambiet claim being run by ambulance chasers, it is a legal challenge with every possibility of being successful. As with every legal action there is a possibility of failure but this is not even a 50/50 chance. The facts are what they are, the law is what it says, and compensation for what has happened is completely justified and mòre likely than not. Aside from the assets acquired from Endevour and Patron, the Nkata Hill asset acquired from IMX and GDM is (was) a very important asset for IDA and if the ICSÌD are doing their job, IDA are worth significantly more than what is reflected by their current share price.
