sometimes I really hate it when my instinct proves correct .
As it turns out , yes, the statement was in fact carefully crafted . Some would call it misleading . They didnt need to say what they did . But they did anyway leading many to probably incorrectly conclude that a CR was NOT on the cards .
Some will be unhappy , personally I am only unhappy because I didnt follow my initial instinct and ended up buying more.
