A capital raise at the beginning of an inflection point for a company in readiness for steep growth is very sensible for all shareholders. They’re either bringing in another strategic investor or their pipeline is potentially causing them angst to keep up with manufacturing. The spare cash may not be close to the investment they need to fulfil the pipeline. The only challenge for us lowly investors is whether they will allow us to participate in the CR. Last time they did not discount the share price markedly so had minimal effect on us.
