First off I'm not Scott and I don't have access to the information that Scott does so it's not really productive pursuing a what if I were Scott scenario
IMO a booked discovery is critical at this stage but as far as maximizing chances of Mukuyu-2 reaching that goal I think 3-D seismic is going to provide valuable information that will allow optimum location of the next well.
Re service companies......I'm glad I'm retired as right now all of my mates who are still working are having major issues with service companies. As SM has stated you can negotiate a good deal on paper as far as prices go but when it comes to getting the equipment to site and being supplied with competent people...that's a totally different kettle of fish. IMO Slb would probably provide an adequate level of service than Baker but I wouldn't be expecting the level of service a large oiler with a large drilling program would get.
