I am not so sure. There is a culture that the CEO creates, that culture is not created by a 5 step McKinsey power point presentation that the ELT follows. Culture is created by subtle actions, by how you speak, by what you speak, where you put your energy, what is the first item on the agenda ......
CSL is where it is because PP has continued to live the culture that Brian created. The right culture can help a company's bottom line than almost anything else. That is because the best people will want to work there.
