Is Kinross/Great Bear a relevant analog?

This is simply my view and nothing more. Not investment advice of any kind.

I owned De Grey for a long time and very recently sold. I absolutely love the stock, and my decision to sell had a lot to do with the fact that I held on the US OTC, which brings with it real uncertainty as to what happens to foreign ordinary holders should a takeover occur.

Additionally, I couldn't help but compare this to the recent Kinross/Great Bear acquisition of about 8.5 million non-refractory ozs for approximately 1.6B Canadian. Should De Grey substantially increase its ozs (or POG skyrocket) obviously there is no comparison, but it just seemed to me that De Grey's market cap was getting way up there in relation.

I would love to hear opinions as to why this is not a relevant analog.

Best of luck to all holders.
