    My real question is, so what that we are top 10 or top 5? What are we going to do? Even if we make up >5% of the total shares, 249D is not the wise move with how things are standing atm in Chile.

    With that said, LPI management have not navigated this ship prudently. This needs to be expressed, at the very least as a collective email. 249D is still on the table, but not now.
