    re: Ann: PRC: NZ$10m Placement and Underwritt... NZOG are digging themselves a deeper and deeper hole with PRC. Continual overpromise and underdelivery seems to be par for the course. By the time Pike actually delivers the original shareholders will be significantly diluted away.

    Not a good sign in my books.
