I feel you may be wrong, they have already closed most positions, this is solid buying accumulating long after a short sellers down trend. There is stronger interest here in North America and Asia and many folks see critical materials supply back on the agenda. Processing alloys to spec is what business requests and ASM have done so in Korea, this is a big big plus. Keen to see the future as time passes..
