It's very possible to "have customers" and not chase customers, clients are also based on what business or industry they are in, that's where the research and development spending also goes in.

For exampleexample eBev, Whola, Capricorn Society and Carpet Court are all different and operate in different ways, by perfecting a customized product for each makes it easy to then chase customers later. You can't run around chasing clients when you haven't perfected your product,but once perfected you can easily chasing similar customers.
The repair centre I use for my car uses Xero which can be integrated with Spenda and the owner said they'd benefit from a product like spenda.

For me spenda is heading in the right dievt vision wise, it'll be sad if they ran out of cash before fully executing their strategy
