As much as I feel deceived by management, especially with the mishandling of the LDA facility.
I don't believe there is any point or purpose of a class action.
Firstly the amount of money and time going through courts makes it very difficult even if you have a fantastic case.
Secondly, if you did win, which would be difficult. What funds can the company return?
The company would deny any wrongdoing and say at the time that was the best of their knowledge.
What are the arguments you will bring forward and what do you hope to achieve out of it?
