As for they have plenty of funds. From page 2 capex budget is 21.4 – 5 spent = 16.4 outstanding.
They had 2.7 in cash + 5 banked from regal + 5 to come regal and 4 to come from grant = 16.7
These are round numbers and it will be genuinely remarkable that the capex spent does not go over budget in the end, but with the wet season in full swing, operations losses and corporate costs are going to suck up millions from the cash at bank and that before adding the opex costs of the OC during ramp up and commissioning.
I was surprised that 16.4 million capex was still outstanding. Not sure what contingency they have allowed for and there may also be funds available in off take agreement and equipment finance. So as all ways happy to be corrected.
