do you understand what precedes that … both parties must agree on any jointly developed plant for priority to change!
if Pll are making 500 million a year off the offtake when a
chemical plant is decided upon you May find Pll own more than 25% of the plant or their capex spend is watered down or they get a margin on the spodumene to plant
