Think folks need to call the farm a bit.

Whilst I agree that PB past at TNG is a cause for concern, he does have a massive amount of knowledge and connections in the industry which is what we need.

We also don't know what Vlad has put in place to keep PB in line.
Vlad isn't an idiot. He'd be well aware of PB past and will probably be keeping him on a tight leash because of it.
I'll be interested to see what the next few moves the company makes as it will give a clear indication of what the plan is and whether there should be cause for concern.
I certainly won't be "running for the hills". Nor will I be investing anything more until the picture become clearer.
Plenty of examples of folks going from a bad situation to then making good on another.
