It will be interesting to see how they will scale back the obvious oversubscription that will happen even if they elect to increase the SPP total upwards from $10 mill due to demand. At this point of time someone with 1 share can apply for upto a $30k parcel whereas someone who is holding 100,000 shares can only apply for upto $30k. Those with larger holdings have taken the bigger risk as investors and should be compensated appropriately by a lesser proportional scale back. I've seen this before on some occasions with other stocks where the SPP demand far exceeds the available number of shares made available. I dont think that is an unreasonable proposition
