There could be lots of wiggle room. The EPA could approve AN with restrictions and delay AC and Muchea indefinitely, awaiting more solid or substantiated results re VDT after a few years of actual reality testing of the process. Moreover, I would say that is the more likely outcome especially since Tanya Plibersek is the Federal Environment Minister. If the WA EPA just gives blanket approval, then to me they would not be seen to be doing their job. All IMO.
