this has gotta be the WORST asx50 stock to invest in....low yield, high catastrophe, makes ZERO investment sense.
PICK any other top 50, you'd make multiples....i just dont get it....even in rising rates, when everything should unwind and give major P&L uplift, they raised pricing higher than theyve eva been and still declare COR above 94....f f s....this thing is a dog, will always be a dog and the worst performing top50 ive eva seen....!!!
$20bn mkt cap company, and what does it generate?? 20c barely franked annual divi at best (whats the after tax yield, slightly higher than ZERO)
meanwhile EVERY other top50 pumps out both cap returns and HUGE divis!!!
keep the faith, until the next natural disater!
