When Meitav bought their nearly $22 Million worth of shares at $2.84 they told Coby they wouldn't be looking at the share price for at least 4 years. After they bought, the share price in fact dipped to sub- $2.00 for a while yet no Change Of Substantial Holding announcements were ever seen so they have been true to their word. Now imagine what the share price will be in three years time when Meitav does eventually have a look!?
