Even if there was ongoing admin expenses associated with this, if it means we can get through a couple of years to profitability without further dilution from local brokers who are just going to unload their holding and kill any price appreciation, it makes sense.

Get a cornerstone holding from a heavyweight that wants to use our tech going forward. Make a quantum leap out of microcap begging for scraps.

Worth the cost imo.

They want CDX to trade on the US stock exchange, so it won't be one big "interested party" because such a party wouldn't trade their shares. It will be an IPO with many takers.
