You're right, massively was a bit much. I'd restate to large proportionate to size of business.
Problem is they killed the share price with the deeply discounted capital raise and now there is no coming back from it as they lurch into the CR price decline spiral.
If they try and reduce spend they sack people and kill the team morale and capability so there isn't a likely way out.
