I remember when I held KDR going back a few years back now, they did a CR like this but the SP never got to the CR price, I wouldn't be surprised that we don't go there either, as it has too much upside, by reading the forum & the opinion is that some will only hope it does so that they can buy on the market instead ...so they do not need to participate... as you only get disappointed if you don't get your allocation@LStone
