Hypothetically - if the next CR were to fail and the Options were out of the money then the US subsid would be cash-starved. Unless there was a White Knight, the US subsid would enter into a Chap 11. Siemens would of course be interested but possibly lacks the knowledge embedded within IBX San Diego. It would possibly make more sense for Siemens to enter into a joint venture with Management to buy the joint from the Trustee. But for investors in IBX:AUD - well!
