there is a huge corner block on the main drag in Jerilderie for sale for $80k -I am led to believe its a unreasonable price at the moment-mate if you bought $5000 worth of groceries for a shop it would be more of a selection than is already in oaklands. Aslo the supermarket in Jerilderie is being upgraded and there is a new big supermarket in Berrigan -both IGAs, in Corowa there is a wollies and a IGA , in Yarrawonga similar big stores-you will do your dough in anything other than housing in these smaller towns Kinsella.
