No i do understand it completely but it seems we're talking about two different things.
You're referring to the money received by WR1, yes that represents a higher average price per share, around $2.40.
I'm referring to the final price paid per share by all the current holders of the new shares after the FT shares have been sold on to other investors.
That is $2.00 and that's why I'm expecting the SP to drop as all those soph's will dump the shares for an instant 16% pay day, pretty good for a days work.
