NO different to last raise we did at premium of $1.68 per share but offered at 80c which by your assumption is everyone with the shares got in at 80c.
In fact during the last raise we were only trading around 30c to 60c for majority of the time leading up to the CR. So you could say almost eveyrone got in during the 40c to 60c range and it should have dropped to 40c.
We never revisited 80c post the last raise.
