Yes but even Michelmoron was buying, and he was saying in Sept 08 in what good position they were, as they did not have to worry about debt like other co's at the time, that's how much he knew. He did not even know his own balance sheet.
Need due diligence, not what sell out Owen Hegarty did, meet in Jan 08, do the deal in March 08, he was more worried looking over his shoulder for take over of OXR while he was in the 3rd quarter, would have been a blessing if someone did. From what i heard Xstrata was pretty close to making a bid when OXR was around the $3.50 mark.
