Its not the end of the world but I hate seeing SPP's rather than Pro-Rata Entitlement Offers, the SPP option just seems like the laziest, don't care about my shareholders way to go about it, especially when there's not some high pressure, time sensitive issue that needs funds in 2 days.
Overall its a small issue but its a negative when I consider the company and their shareholder focus.
Not sure if others have different views or there's some great SPP virtue I have missed.
