Hi @stumpytrunks,
They are going to be paying Santos for the gas processed based on the quantity. However, they are also going to be giving a certain quantity of gas to AGL without getting cash in return (to cover the prepayment of $15 million). My understanding is AGL will start recovering part of the prepayment as soon as MEL starts producing gas.
