They legally don't need to mention these things, so basically they don't!

It would only bring attention to part failure and a big possibility of a personified damper on the share price.

It's just one of those things.

As a director I guess in this instance it's almost your responsibility not to bring up any negatives.

And technically unless the other party actually writes you a letter to say they will never ever do the business with you, there is always the chance that a deal could be back on.

So I guess it's the way it is!

It would be nice to have 100% transparent honesty but..
I've seen this so many times on ASX
