The presentation says the bulk of the DAWN HPAL + Project will be funded via:
" Project finance and existing operational cash flows expected to fund bulk of capital requirement"
I picked that up after what seems my umteenth reading of the Anns.
There is a lot to take in.
" Shanghai Decent to take the lead role in the design, construction and operation
‒ guarantee that the total cost will not exceed US$2.5bn (100% basis)"
My bold above.
With Shanghai Decent expected to have a circa 28% of NIC there will be some good oversight of how the business is conducted which is an assurance for Retail Holders.
