Recapitalisation... good. And share price should firm up with a cornerstone investor. Their premium was only at 6.7c which won't play too much unless they intend to dump it and play games with the retail investors to accummulate more. Long term hold and expect to see it thrive.
Agreed that it should play out like GMG. (similar).
