When a stock is trading at sub 20c, movements of 3 - 5% commonly occur several times per day, and are not really meaningful.
Nevertheless, the cash option seems reasonable for an explorer/developer, bearing in mind that it's best to dive in before significant (positive) announcements, and not after them. How to do that? Hmmm, I see you have posted pro-cash, do not hold, and have a 'Buy' sentiment. Perhaps that means you're waiting for a signal of some sort. Fair enough.
