It can go either way I suppose. It could compel them to accelerate buying and may even bring others out of the woodwork who have an interest in building a stake in PMT before it gets any more expensive to do so.

Time will tell but I see this as a huge positive. Retail is now beginning to take a backseat in price discovery.
