Heavily oversubscribed placement. The options were necessary to get the attention it needed but allocations of only 25% of subscribed amount means demand for the placement was circa $140M... and only $35M available. Raise price could have been closer to 13c with the option offer I feel. This company is worth more so we will all benefit from this large cash injection.
At least CYM is on a lot of radars.
