I am with IBG since 2006 and my first purchase was at 96c (and also lowest was at 7c in 2009 )but we all know whatever happened. It is very good buy if you are planning to hold for 3-5 yrs min (at least when production starts) as SP will improve with earning.
And I replied before one post why price is below 35c as Nystar paid 35c. In my experiece I dont remember any company when, CR was at premium, SP will go above premium. Check CBH as Toho is paying 30c where as SP is 20c.
Yes I agree with you (and always do same way) buy small parcel and increasing holding as you feel more confident
